Intro to skating and hockey is one of my favorite things to coach. This is all about confidence on the ice. Getting kids more experience on the ice and getting them comfortable with falling down and getting back up on their own is the main goal. This teaches them balance, coordination, and gives them a huge sense of confidence as they get more and more comfortable.
Focusing on elements of the game, off the ice and off your skates can make a huge difference in preventing injuries, increasing performance, and increasing confidence throughout the season.
With younger hockey players we focus on balance, coordination, and control as they enter into a more aggressive level of the game.
Group classes for adults are ALL about the energy. Sharing that kind of energy is why people show up. Classes are anything from interval style work, to stations, to high energy cardio, and always involve modifications and intensifying options so all fitness levels can join.
These classes build strength, relationships, and confidence, and always give you a sense of extra energy.
